Return Policy

You may return your items for exchange or refund, subject to our Warranty Policy available at www.taylormadegolf.com. If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

adidas accessories-- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and TMaG’s issuance of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number that must be written on the box. You are responsible for any freight charges required to return products. Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card account for product returned with a proper RGA number, less a 15% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $10.00. Individual bank policies will dictate when the net amount is credited to your account.

We apologize, but we are not able to accept returns of products purchased from adidas GOLF retailers.

We have set up an on-line returns option for any purchase on shop.adidasgolf.com. You will need your order number or the email address that you had your order confirmation sent to. We cannot accept returns for merchandise that was not purchased on shop.adidasgolf.com.

To return one or more items from your order, please call our Consumer Line at 1-866-530-TMAG to begin the return process. Our friendly representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Pacific Time.

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will issue a credit to your credit/debit card account for product returned (less the original shipping cost, unless the item you received was damaged in transit or was defective). Individual bank policies will dictate when the net amount is credited to your account.

All unauthorized returns not following the procedures outlined above will be returned to sender, a credit will not be issued, and TMaG Interactive is not responsible for merchandise returned outside these procedures.
