1. How do I browse your product selection?
To view our products, first click once on one of the four high-level categories at the top left-hand side of the screen: After you click on one of these high-level categories, a sub-menu will appear to the immediate right of your selection. When you find something and would like to add it to your cart, select the size, color (if there is an option), and enter the quantity you want to order, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. That's all there is to it. 4. How do I change something that I put in my shopping cart? Once an item is in your shopping cart, you may change the quantity and click the "Update Qty." button. If you need to change the size or color, you need to remove the product and select it again from the appropriate product page with the correct size or color. A handy shortcut is to click on the product name in the shopping cart, which will take you back to product page, where you can add a different color and/or size to the shopping cart. Our only carrier is UPS and we offer four shipping options: Most of our products are shipped from Duncan, South Carolina, so UPS Ground shipping times could vary from one to seven days (in addition to order processing time), based on your location. Other shipments may originate from Carlsbad, California, so your order may arrive in more than one box and on separate days. 8. Do you deliver to Alaska and Hawaii?
